READ BEFORE BOOKING

Gift Cards, Credits, and Refunds

Have a gift card or code that's not working? Please email the studio before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds after booking—No Exceptions.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian or organizer, I release and hold harmless to the business doing business as Baby Point Art Studio OR 4Cats Arts Studio, its owners, operators and franchisor from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of 4Cats Arts Studio Professionals, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

Medical Emergency

The purchaser gives permission to the business doing business as Baby Point Art Studio, its owners, operators and employees to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.

Photographic Material:

Baby Point Art Studio reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want your child, yourself or a member of your party photographed, please let us know upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy—Workshops

We do not offer refunds. We can credit your booking if your booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the workshop. To cancel a workshop, please email the studio at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. All registrations from the original order will be credited together.

In the event of a COVID-19 emergency lockdown, credit will be given. Credit can be used for future in studio offerings, online 4Cats or 25Cats shop purchases or 4Cats or 25Cats online classes.

Cancellation Policy—Kids Exploratory Classes and Camps

We do not offer refunds. We can credit or transfer your booking if your booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the class or camp. To cancel, please email the studio at least 2 weeks before the class start date.

Transfer Policy

There is $25 administration fee for any transfers or credit requests.

Artwork Status

You can check the status of your artwork here. Our policy is to hold completed artwork for 2 weeks, please pick up the completed artwork within this time frame. We do our best to hold on as long as possible as we know how precious it is.

Please note, you will NOT receive a phone call or email for clay pick up when it is ready.

Artwork Pickup

Please message us to arrange for pick up.

GENERAL TIMELINES

  • Clay creations will be ready for pick up in 2-4 weeks.
  • Paintings will be ready for pick up in 2 days.
  • Pouring projects will be ready for pick up in 2 days.
  • Ditto oven-bake clay projects will be ready for pick up in 2 days.

Damage to Artwork

Kiln clay explosions are unlikely but they do happen. In the event of clay being damaged due to a kiln explosion, we are happy to provide emotional support and offer you a chance to come in and remake your art piece. Refunds are not provided for damaged clay due to kiln explosions.

Studio Setup

The studio is set up with individual workstations divided by plexiglass.  Students may share a station if they are in the same social bubble.  Workstations are sanitized between classes as well as high touch areas. We ask that all participants wear masks in order to keep our kids and staff safe.  You may remove your mask while seated at your workstation.

Behaviour & Touching

Please talk to your kids before they come about behaviour, listening, and touching. Absolutely no touching will be permitted of other students, the teacher, materials, tools or things around the studio outside of their station. Students will be instructed before each lesson of this and to keep their hands to themselves. We will demonstrate the correct amount of space between students that must be adhered to.

Please note, in the event of disruptive or aggressive behaviour our policy is to call home for immediate pickup. No credits or refunds for being sent home for misbehaviour.

Masks

Face masks or other government approved face coverings must be worn at all times in the studio, please.
